What Affects Water Filling Machine Price?

A water filling machine price is meaningful only when the quotation boundary is clear. Two suppliers can use the same capacity label while quoting different process equipment, bottle formats, materials, controls, inspection scope, spare parts, and delivery responsibilities. The first task is therefore not to ask for the lowest number. It is to make every supplier price the same project.
1. Start with the equipment boundary
Some quotations cover only a rinsing-filling-capping monoblock. Others include water treatment, bottle blowing, cap feeding, conveyors, coding, labeling, shrink packing, air systems, installation, or commissioning. Ask for a numbered equipment list and mark each item as included, optional, buyer-supplied, or excluded.

2. Capacity is not one number
Ask whether output is stated at the filler, at the line discharge, or after packing. Record the reference bottle size, fill volume, product temperature, label and pack format, operator assumptions, and acceptable stop time. A higher nominal speed can require larger upstream treatment, stronger conveyors, more accumulation, additional packing capacity, and more utilities.
3. Bottle formats and changeovers affect tooling
A single stable bottle can be simpler than a project with several diameters, heights, neck finishes, caps, labels, and pack patterns. The quotation should identify which formats are included, which samples or drawings were used, what parts must be changed, whether recipes are included, and how the changeover will be tested.
4. Compare materials, controls, and documentation
Do not compare broad phrases such as “stainless steel” or “PLC control.” Ask suppliers to identify product-contact materials, frame and guarding materials, named control components, instruments, electrical standard, cable and panel documentation, manuals, drawings, software backup, and language. The correct specification depends on the product, process, destination, and buyer requirements.
5. Add project costs outside the machine
- Freight, insurance, port charges, import handling, and inland delivery.
- Factory floor, drainage, electrical distribution, water, compressed air, cooling, and ventilation.
- Installation labor, travel, accommodation, tools, lifting equipment, and test materials.
- Laboratory or quality-control equipment, chemicals, lubricants, consumables, and initial packaging materials.
