Export Evidence
Export Packing and Loading Evidence from China
What buyers should request for export packing, pallet, container loading, and shipment evidence.
Export packing and loading evidence helps buyers understand whether the shipment is being prepared according to the agreed packaging, marks, pallet plan, and container loading expectations. It is especially useful when buyers cannot be on site.
Packing evidence to request
- Product packed in inner packaging and outer cartons.
- Carton marks, labels, pallet photos, and quantity checks.
- Photos of fragile protection, wrapping, straps, or wooden cases if used.
- Warehouse photos showing ready-to-ship goods.
Container loading evidence
Ask for photos before loading, during loading, after loading, and after the container is sealed. If possible, request container number, seal number, loading date, and final packing list alignment.
Keep the request specific
Generic requests often produce generic photos. A clearer request might ask for one wide photo, one carton mark close-up, one pallet photo, one loading photo, and one sealed-container photo.
