Prepare product details

- Packaging requirement, carton marks, and loading expectations.
- Target quantity, sample quantity, and expected order schedule.
Ask suppliers to separate costs
Request sample cost, unit price, mold or tooling cost if any, packaging cost, freight assumptions, and optional upgrades. This helps buyers compare supplier offers without mixing different scopes.
Check sample and quality expectations
Clarify whether samples are production-grade, how revisions are handled, and what inspection points matter before mass production.
